- preselection by these buyers of around thirty wines, directly from the site

From 8th December 2008 to 16th January 2009:

dispatch of wines by producers (grouped together Alter Ego in Saint Jean de Vedas)

25th Januaryy 2009:

arrival of the importers in Montpellier

26th January 2009:

tasting by the importers, totally free reign. They add to and finalise their list of companies they wish to meet.

27th January 2009 (11am):

list sent to companies (consultation on the FIA website) of the appointment requests from the buyers

28th January 2009:

Before 8am: validation (or not) of appointments by the companies ON THE WEBSITE
2pm: diffusion of the finalised appointment schedules to the regional companies (consultation on the FIA website) and the importers.

27th and 28th January 2009:

discovery of Languedoc-Roussillon and its vineyards by the importers

29th and 30th January 2009 (9am – 6pm):

Final stage: the business appointments between producers and importers
The buyers sit at the tables and the producers rotate every 45 minutes, according to the established schedules.
All the wines will be presented in the tasting area throughout the B to B days.

Associated with the FIA:

26th (from 2pm) and 27th January 2009 (whole day):

invitation for specialist shops, restaurateurs and regional distributors to discover the South of France and all it has to offer in through products registered at the FIA (operation run by Sud de France Export).

26th, 27th, 28th January 2009:

possibility for importers to visit the Millésime Bio Trade Fair at the exhibition centre (AIVB action)

31st January to 2nd February:

Rencontres Méditerranéennes du Muscat in Perpignan - interested importers can take part in this event (CIVR action).
